HOW DO I MAKE A PURCHASE?

We currently accept payments via Paypal or Credit/Debit(Mastercard/Visa) cards! 
a. Click on an item to view all the available details.
b. Select the details (if any), and click on 'Add to Cart’. This action will lead you to your Shopping Cart Summary, in which you can choose to continue browsing, or make payment for the chosen piece(s). Repeat steps (1) and (2) if you wish to add more items to your shopping cart.
c. Click on ‘Next’ once you’ve finalised your order. Confirm your mailing address and please remember to include your phone no. so we can put it on the delivery advice, just in case you’re not home. This way, Mr. Postman will be able to contact you.
d. Pay via Paypal or CC/DC card and voila, you’re done!  
IS YOUR WEBSITE SAFE OR IS THIS A SCAM? WHY SHOULD I TRUST YOU?

Please rest assured that this is a legitimate website. We are still pretty young, having started in October, but we’re working hard to get ourselves better connected with the worldwideweb. In the meantime, feel free to email us at anytime or look us up on Instagram at @online_wears!
With regards to payment issues, we use PayPal (www.paypal.com), the #1 trusted online payment system. All our transactions go through payment and we do not have access to any of your credit card information whatsoever.


SIZING: HOW DOES YOUR WEBSITE'S SIZING WORK?

The site works with American sizes. However, our things go slim. Therefore, in order, choose your American size, and we select the item from the experience. Ordering the small size, you have the size of a large thing, but it corresponds to the small size of the US. Ordering M  size, you get XL asian-size. And so on.


HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING TO MY COUNTRY?

Shipping is Free worldwide, prices of items include shipping fees, there are no additional costs when you pay :) 


WHY DOES SHIPPING TAKE 3-4 WEEKS, CAN I EXPEDITE MY ORDER?

Depending on your country, shipping may take anytime from 2-4weeks. However, we prefer to give a range of 15-25 business days (business days do not include Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays) in case of unexpected delays. Please note that packages to South Africa, South America and Middle Eastern countries tend to take longer as well, about a month or a little longer than orders going to the US or UK. All packages are shipped from HK/China or Singapore and we ship all items via China Post International, and all orders come with a tracking number and delivery confirmation. In order to keep prices low, this is the best option for now, but we promise it’s worth it! 
That said, if you feel anxious at any time during the shipping process, feel free to email us and we’ll be glad to track the package for you and allay your concerns. 


I HAVE PLACED AN ORDER, WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?

For each order, items will usually be shipped within four - six working days. Usually it takes less, but we just want to be safe. We highly recommend creating an account with us so you can keep track of your order's movements. Also, do note that sometimes during spikes or surges in order volume, processing times may be delayed by an additional 2-3 business days. To keep it simple, think of your order processing time as about 1 week, and you won't be disappointed. :)


I HAVE PLACED AN ORDER, HOW DO I TRACK IT?

All shipped orders can be tracked at :

with the tracking number provided when your item has been sent. If you’ve just been sent the number, please allow up to 3-5 business days for the postal system to reflect the status. Do understand that because it is our port of departure deals with consistently high volumes of traffic in terms of out-going packages, there may sometimes be a delay in your tracking number being updated in the system. However, please rest assured that once you are issued a tracking number, it means that our shipper has already collected the package and prepared it for shipping. 


INCORRECT ADDRESSES AND PACKAGES RETURNED TO SENDER

Packages that are shipped with an incorrect address provided by the customer during the order process are subject to an additional $15USD shipping charge if the address has to be changed once the order ships. The delivery process will also be delayed in this case as the item will be redelivered back to us before being re-sent, depending on circumstances. 


Orders ‘Returned to Sender’ by the carrier are subject to a $15 charge. This includes but is not limited to: orders in which the customer provided an incomplete or incorrect address, the customer is not available for delivery, the customer fails to provide a P.O. Box or physical address, or the order is refused by the customer. 


YOUR PRICES ARE IN USD, HOW DO I CONVERT TO MY LOCAL CURRENCY?

THE ITEM DOESN'T FIT, DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS?

If an item does not fit, please email us within one days of receipt. We will unfortunately not be able to allow returns/exchanges if contacted after a week of receiving the order. We pride ourselves on providing accurate measurements (with an allowance of 1-3cm) for all our products. If you receive an item and it does not fit, we allow exchanges for size, but if you would like to be issued store credit/exchange for a different item, please note shipping costs to us will have to be borne on your end. We're a small business and we keep all unsold products - so we hope to gain your understanding :) 
*Please note: Only store credit will be issued for returns made because you changed your mind or ordered the wrong size, etc.
